While it is true that many of the signs of disinterest can sometimes be a sign of nervousness or insecurity in a woman, at a certain point in the conversation and sooner rather than later she needs to begin showing signs of interest.

If throughout your conversation with a woman all you can manage to do is get her to smile and everything else she does is showing signs of disinterest odds are she is not interested in you and it is time for you to move on.

It is important to remember that the more time you spend with a woman who isn't interested in you means the less time you will have being with a woman that is interested in you.
